We are committed to ensuring a positive shopping experience for all our customers. While we thoroughly inspect every product before dispatch, we understand that there may be instances where returns or exchanges are necessary. Our policy aims to be transparent, fair, and customer-friendly.
✅ Eligibility for Return, Replacement, or Refund
Your purchase will be eligible for return or replacement only under the following conditions:
- You received an incorrect product (different from the item listed on the website).
- The product has a genuine manufacturing defect or quality issue.
- The product arrived in a damaged condition.
- The product has missing parts or accessories.
- You find the product quality unsatisfactory.
⚠️ All returns and replacements are subject to approval at the sole discretion of TECHLIFESTYLE.
📝 How to Request a Return or Exchange
To raise a request, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery through:

Reverse pickup will be arranged within 4–5 working days of request approval.
- For exchanges, the replacement product will be dispatched 4–5 working days after we receive the returned item.
💸 Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed in the form of TECHLIFESTYLE Store Credits or Gift Cards.
- These credits can be redeemed on future purchases at techlifestyle.shop.
- Refunds will be initiated only after physical verification of the returned product.
- If a replacement is not possible due to unavailability, a refund will be issued in the form of store credit of equivalent value.
🚫 Important Note on Package Handling
If your package appears tampered or opened, do not accept it. Hand it back to the delivery agent and do not sign the delivery receipt (POD).
❌ Order Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
- Once the order is packed, the cancel option will be disabled.
- To cancel, go to the "My Orders" section and click on the "Cancel" button.
- Refunds for cancelled orders will reflect in your account within 7–10 business days.
If the item is out of stock, we will notify you, and a refund will be processed within 10 business days.
🚚 Shipping Policy
- We currently ship to most pincodes across India.

International shipping is not available at this time.
- Standard delivery time: 3–7 working days, depending on your pincode.
- Once dispatched, a tracking link will be shared via WhatsApp.
- You can also track your order using your Order ID on our website.
Need early delivery? Email us your Order ID at techlifestylec@gmail.com, and we’ll confirm if expedited dispatch is possible.
